Return Policy

Just like we offer you a 100% authenticity warranty, we would like to offer you a 100% satisfaction warranty.
Prior to BAZAAR CHIC shipping any item, detailed photos are taken of each piece to properly identify and ensure the quality of the item being delivered. We guarantee the authenticity of all items for sale and accurately represent the item and condition.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, BAZAAR CHIC will gladly accept items for exchange, or store credit within 14 days of the day of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be unaltered, unworn ,and in original condition.
Returned merchandise must include the packaging and tags.
Please note that used, worn, damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted for exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of the return.
Final Sale, Special Orders ,and Custom Orders may not be returned.

How to proceed:

  1. You must notify us that you would like to return an item within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at stephanie.b@bazaar-chic.com . Please make sure to include the reasons for the return.
  2. Upon receiving your email and authorizing the return, we will provide you with a return authorization number. You will need to write this return authorization number on the package being returned. All packages without a RA# will be denied.

3. Once an item is received and given the final approval for the return, please allow up to 14 business days to issue the store credit.
We will send updates regarding the status of your return to the email address you provided when ordering.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from
the amount of the return.
